As someone with celiac disease, finding a bakery that is truly 100% gluten free and still tastes amazing is rare — and this place exceeded every expectation. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy delicious bakery items without worrying about cross contamination or the side effects that usually come with eating out. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and honestly tasted just as good (if not better) than traditional baked goods. The owner was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They even sent detailed storage instructions after my purchase and personally checked in to make sure I enjoyed everything. That level of care and customer service means so much, especially for those of us with celiac who have to be extra cautious.
